What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct phone interviews and email correspondence with candidates and potential new hires
- Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screening
- Schedule virtual and/or in-person interviews between candidates and management
- Review daily job boards to ensure requisitions are updated and candidates are contacted
- Utilize iCIMS applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software for candidate management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of healthcare recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting licensed psychologists, LCSWs, Nurse Practitioners, and other mental health professionals
- Prior corporate recruiting experience
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Prior healthcare experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iCIMS applicant tracking systems or similar recruiting software
- Experience in a multispecialty clinical group or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
- Knowledge of mental health services and issues related to diversity and inclusivity
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
