If so, we have a great opportunity for a new graduate who would like to help Arla HR develop a great employee experience.

      How you will have an impact

      The overall aim of the role is to coordinate, track and follow up on the progress of change management initiatives across the Global HR area in Arla. Global HR in Arla covers all processes around the employee lifecycle and all 20,000 employees across Arla globally are influenced by our team.

      The overall purpose of the team is to drive both effortless and engaging experiences for managers and employees across Arla by having an outside in focus on HR processes and systems.

      Your main areas of responsibility will be:

      • Create and execute on Change management plans for introducing new tools and processes e.g, expand the Onboarding global process and SuccessFactors module to new countries
      • Design of guidelines and training materials
      • Stakeholder management
      • We work Agile in the team, so you will learn about this so you can support the Agile team work in various areas, especially in comms and Change Management
      • Ad hoc administrative tasks in relation to project management; e.g. updating of project plans, coordinating stakeholder meetings, scheduling trainings, etc.

      As you develop in the role – and we are here to support your growth – you will mature into challenging established processes and systems within Global HR, analyse trends and gather external input to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.

      How you will be a success
      Ideally, you have a good mix of change management, communication, HR and data analytics. And presumably a Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in a field related to HR, Change Management, Psychology, Business administration, Communications or similar.

      You will join a team of dedicated colleagues, and if you join us, we hope that also you have the ability and willingness to grasp complicated information and translate the essence into overviews and solutions. Your analytical skills and structured way to approach your work is a prerequisite, and to succeed you need to have good skills within PowerPoint, as well as a natural curiosity and anxiety to learn more and share your knowledge. Working in a dynamic environment, you must be capable of handling and solving many tasks simultaneously.

      As a person you have a positive mindset combined with a high level of energy. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator in English.
