      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various connectivity and functional modules.
      • Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules.
      • Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers.
      • Lead certain aspects of bank connectivity calls and discussions with customers and banks.
      • Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint).
      • Testing responsibilities for connections as well as support and training of client on such processes.
      • Manage FTP set-up, encryption, and implementation.
      • Implementation of Kyriba API solution - Bank API, Kyriba platform API and API for ERPs.
      • Liaison between bank and client managing bank reporting and payment implementation.
      • Understand different bank reporting protocols such as SFTP, SWIFT, EBICS, API etc.
      • Understand different bank reporting statement formats such as BAI, MT, CAMT.
      • Payment testing and knowledge of payment formats and preprocessors.
      • Lead specific workshops under guidance of team lead.
      • Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations.
      • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software.
      • Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time.
      • Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%.

      Education, Experience and Skills:

      • 2 – 4+ years’ experience preferred in IT, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience.
      • Bilingual - Spanish/English verbal and written communication require.
      • Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Bank Connectivity, SFTP, SWIFT, API, SSO, AI.
      • Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant work experience.
      • Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, Banking Platforms, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus.
      • Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Python, Business Intelligence is a plus.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions.
      • Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach.
      • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
