What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in learning content development and design using authoring tools and media
- Collaborate with peers to build effective learning and performance support materials
- Communicate learning product development progress to partners
- Develop e-learning, virtual (vILT), and in-person (ILT) learning adhering to internal style and brand guidelines
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodology to co-create products, test, deploy, and improve in an iterative fashion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-3 years working job history in instructional design or related field
- Ability to develop learning products in a range of formats and iterate based on feedback
- Basic knowledge in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or other similar programs
- Solid understanding and command of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Must have an Instructional Design portfolio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Degree or Certification in Instructional Design or related field
