      Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office remote teams provide support to all our properties throughout the United States and Canada. Our talented teams provide guidance over strategic planning, operations, revenue management, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and information technology.

      ** We offer remote flexibility based on location. **

      Purpose:

      The function of the Junior Integrator is to provide and implement solutions to improve system applications and to create technical reporting to improve business processes. Responsibilities include the support for all Loews Hotels application system initiatives. Interface with internal department, team members, and vendors to provide application systems continuity. The Junior Integrator, Hotel Application Systems will work as part of the IT Strategic Applications team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented, automated processes.


      Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions based on current user requests, current systems, and goals.
      • Developing an understanding of the IT Applications current state processes and developing future state recommendations.
      • Participates in planning and execution of systems upgrades, implementation of new systems, and system enhancements. Participates in testing, where applicable, and works with IT on implementation plan and support process
      • Assist in investigating industry and technology developments and make recommendations on how they can improve operations and solution development activity
      • Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
      • Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
      • Supporting new and refined existing business processes
      • Required to attend all training sessions and meetings
      • Documenting all changes in the change management system
      • Ability to quickly understand and decompose business and technical concepts
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

      Required Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of Delphi FDC, HotSOS, OPERA Cloud, Sabre Synxis, Cendyn
      • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and hotel commercial operations

      Education:

      • 4 Year College Degree or equivalent experience in the technology or hospitality field.

      Experience:

      • 2-4 years of Hotel IT experience. Corporate experience or structure preferred

      Preferred:

      • Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
