      As a Junior IT Business Analyst at MMC Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting Senior Analysts in writing business requirements and functional specifications for new systems. You will also assist in documenting results and gathering requirements from clients and users. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

      We will count on you to:

      • Assist Senior Analysts in drafting business requirements and functional specifications for new systems.

      • Record modifications to existing systems and support the documentation of results.

      • Help prepare and update status reports and assist in task planning activities.

      • Follow the Change Management process for enhancements and serve as a point of contact for recipients of the Functional Design document.

      What you need to have:

      • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
