Job Description

- Assist in the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for assigned work.
- Resolve system and client experience issues across supported platforms.
- Participate in testing and evaluating new and emerging technologies.
- Follow recommended information security standards when developing code.
- Utilize technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts during development.
- Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers.
- Demonstrate active learning of industry trends in banking and technology.
- Follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/information science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development or related project work.
- Passion for delivering quality software and learning new technologies.
- Experience building web applications using client-side UI frameworks like Angular.
- Experience developing microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology and object-oriented principles.
- Ability to convert business requirements into software features.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask for help when needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
