      Meaningful Work From Day One:

      This role supports the Legal Department in Mexico for the two business units: Commercial and Production. The position would provide support to Legal Managers and internal and external clients.

      What You Can Expect:

      Assist legal managers in preparing documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs:

      • Marketing (México and LATAM)

      • Vendor

      • Sales

      • Administrative and legal procedures

      • Warehouses

      • International traffic,

      • Logistics

      • Sourcing of agave

      • Planting of agave

      • Rental of lands

      • Third parties (Supply maquila)

      • RTD´s and CRT

      • Field technology services

      • Security

      • Logistics

      ● Reviewing advertisements and obtaining authorizations with authority (Mexico and LATAM).

      Carry out registrations to secure authorization for labeling before government offices, such as a CRT.

      Holding corporate shareholder meetings, maintaining the corporate books up-to-date, and legal power of attorney (5 companies).

      Administrative Support:

      • Labor litigation matters

      • Budget management and coordination of invoice and bill payments with business partners through the use of SAP.

      • Provide support regarding the company-related expenses.

      • Request and follow up on requests for documents issued by a notary public and other outside counsel for the two business units.

      What You Bring to the Table:

      • Law Degree, Juris Doctorate or Equivalent; Legal professional degree specialization in Corporate and Contracts Law.

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.

      • Strong business management background coupled with functional experience in management practices.

      • A robust understanding of business needs and the balance between legal requirements and business strategies.

      • Demonstrated ability to influence, network, and build productive business partnerships with key decision makers internally and externally.

      • Efficient time management skills.

      • Fluent/Superior English skills, both spoken and written.

      • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: effective communication, confidentiality, teamwork, proactive, basic numeric abilities, organized, honesty, and trustworthy.
