  Junior Designer –Designer / Architect

  Location: Los Angeles, CA
  Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
  Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum four days in-office per week)

  Are you a recent graduate or early-career designer/ architect with a passion for collaborative, mission-driven design? At Sasaki , we are looking for entry-level designers (0–4 years of experience) to join our Los Angeles studio and grow as creative professionals in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment.

  What You’ll Do

  • Support design teams across a wide range of projects—producing drawings, diagrams, and presentations

  • Take on design and technical assignments.

  • Participate in internal design reviews, client meetings, and team workshops.

  • Collaborate across disciplines and learn to navigate complex project types in varied geographic and cultural contexts.

  • Embrace mentorship and peer learning while proactively seeking feedback to support your professional growth.

  
  

  
  

  What You Bring

  • A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program

  • 0–4 years of experience in a design firm environment.

  • Strong foundation in oral and graphic communication skills.

  • Curiosity, self-motivation , and an eagerness to contribute to team-based work.

  • Enthusiasm for design as a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven process.

  • Emerging skills in digital design tools (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite) and a desire to grow them further.
