What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Project Managers with critical issues analyses and siting studies
- Develop environmental studies and resource analyses
- Assist in preparing land use and resource permit applications
- Coordinate project logistics and facilitate workflow for project deliverables
- Lead project meetings, stakeholder outreach, and public meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in environmental planning, biology, or related field
- 1-3+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior environmental consulting experience
- Experience with CEQA and permitting in California
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NEPA process
- Competency with Microsoft Project and/or ArcGIS
