Job Description

- Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.
- Preparing frequently used ingredients i.e. vegetables.
- Being up to date and displaying full knowledge of food specifications in regards to any food promotions, new events menus, or LTO’s currently or soon to be on sale.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.
- Full compliance with Topgolf’s Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.
- Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety.
- At least 6 months Chef experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
- Up to £11.50 per hour (based on skill and experience)

Our Junior Line Chefs are key members of our kitchen team. Using your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
