  Arbeitsbereich: “Power-House” - Kraftwerk und Kläranlage

  Im zentralen Kraftwerk werden die diversen Energieformen zur Versorgung aller Produktionslinien am Industrie-Standort Luxemburg hergestellt und verteilt.

  Die Anlagen umfassen zur werksweiten Spannungsversorgung, ein Umspannwerk 65/20kV, sowie entsprechende lokale Trafo-Stationen 20kV/400V und deren Last-Verteiler. Mehrere Schrauben-Kompressoren zur Druckluftherstellung, Kältemaschinen und Pumpen zur Kalt- und Kühlwasser Versorgung. Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen zur Wasserdampf-Herstellung mittels gefeuerten Kesseln.

  Desweitern betreibt das Kraftwerk-Team die hauseigene biologische Kläranlage zur Abwasserreinigung.

  Ihre Aufgaben: “Control Maintenance - Junior Maintenance Technician” - Industrie Elektroniker / Elektrotechniker

  • Präventive Wartung und Instandhaltung der diversen Kraftwerksanlagen.
  • Instandsetzung und Störungsbehebung bei Anlagenausfall sowie Fehleranalyse mittels Mess- und Prüfprinzip.
  • Beheben von Fehlern und Störungen durch Reparatur oder Austausch von Bauteilen oder Geräten.
  • Beteiligung an Projekten als technisch versiertes Teammitglied sowohl bei Planung wie bei der Umsetzung.
  • Durchführung technischer Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Anleitungen, technischen Beschreibungen sowie elektrischen Plänen und Prozeduren.
  • Bestimmung und Beschaffung von benötigten Ersatzteilen.
  • Betreuung von Fremdfirmengestützten Reparaturen und/oder Prüfungen.

  Qualifikation:

  • Elektrotechnische Qualifikation CATP/ DAP / Gesellenbrief.
  • Energieelektroniker oder Techniker (Automatisierung/Energietechnik).
  • Grundkenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Mess- und Regeltechnik.
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsverhalten.
  • Selbständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Vorbildliches Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägtes Teamverhalten.
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse gelten als Voraussetzung.
  • Englischkenntnisse sowie Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil.
