- 1-3 years of work experience within the industry or with a reputable consulting firm.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- ETL experience using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or similar.
- Exposure to process improvement, continuous improvement, and automation.
- Prior consulting experience and strong industry domain knowledge are advantageous.
- Familiarity with system analysis, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and business requirement modeling.
- Experience using coding languages for statistical analysis (Python, R, etc.).
- Data transformation experience using tools such as Alteryx, SQL.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- RPA experience and knowledge are a plus.
- Cloud knowledge and certifications in Azure or AWS are a plus.
- Process mining experience is a plus.
- Understand business needs and analyze business requirements related to potential process changes or transformations.
- Facilitate workshops, build key relationships with stakeholders, and ensure client trust.
- Innovate and take initiative, running independently and exploring new technologies to enhance solution delivery.
- Use strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects.
- Support clients in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success by analyzing large amounts of data and identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
- Develop insights, conduct independent analysis, and create hypothesis-based recommendations as part of client-specific transformational strategies.
- Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations, and provide implementation assistance as required.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations in an agile environment, adapting to changing situations.
