A degree with excellent final grades in natural sciences, engineering, economics or a combination
At least 2 years of professional experience at one of the leading management consultancies, or in corporate strategy
Experience in market and competition analysis, technology, and innovation management
Ability to laterally lead teams and take strong ownership for projects
Strong analytical competence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse and interdisciplinary teams, and strong communication skills
Passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies. Proven success in supporting teams and contributing to the success of complex projects
Fluent English skills, German is a plus.
Your Role
As a Junior Manager at ZEISS Group, you will collaborate closely with management, business units, and corporate functions to support strategic projects across all ZEISS segments. Working across all our segments will provide you with a unique opportunity to build a strong knowledge base that will allow you to thrive in subsequent roles at ZEISS. You will assist in creating project roadmaps aligned with the ZEISS strategy, evaluate new fields of technology, and analyze ZEISS core competencies to identify market potentials and trends. You will have the chance to take on responsibilities, explore different business areas, and contribute to our collective success. Your responsibilities will include assisting in planning, controlling, structuring, and budgeting of the projects, as well as supporting top leadership communication and stakeholder management.
