      Step into a pivotal role in marketing for Rituals. As the Junior Marketing Manager Europe, you'll seamlessly blend global strategies with the unique nuances of local markets. You'll act as the liaison between local and global marketing teams, driving both brand and sales KPIs.       Directly supporting the Head of Marketing for European markets, your expertise in brand-building will guide country teams in amplifying the Rituals brand. With a talent for creating streamlined processes, you'll ensure efficient team interactions and foster a unified, enthusiastic culture.

      Your role is to optimize global marketing strategy, guidance, and tools across markets, ensuring local teams maximize their deliverables by boosting sales and awareness for the Rituals brand.

      • Refine and implement global marketing strategies tailored for local European markets, emphasizing the Rituals brand's growth in awareness and sales
      • Analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns across Europe together with the digital central team, utilizing insights to inform and enhance global marketing initiatives
      • Create and share go-to-market guidelines tailored to individual European markets, acknowledging unique market characteristics and development phase (startup/scale/mature)
      • Build organizational capabilities to optimize go-to-market initiatives
      • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for aligned, consistent, and efficient marketing activities

      THIS IS YOU

      • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
      • Minimum of 4/5 years in brand management, with a track record of success in a global or European (multi-country) setting
      • Experience in the FMCG or retail sector is a strong advantage
      • Proficiency in digital marketing, branding strategies, customer segmentation and customer insights research
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams
      • Fluent in English
      • Proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented; capable of navigating complex scenarios and challenges
