- Accountable for managing multiple digital campaigns at once from initial customer (assigned country)
- Be responsible for planning, buying, optimizing, implementation, and reporting and presentation of post campaign performance.
- Assisting in the creation of an integrated digital plan. Showing a keen understanding of the impact digital has on offline channels and vice versa.
- Have experience in being and/or working as an Ad Ops specialist.
- Ensure knowledge of key changes in 1st party audiences requirements and how these can be tracked within PepsiCo DSP.
- Be responsible for implementation of real-time optimization tools including Datorama and AI tech to drive media performance if campaigns.
- Support Team Leader and Senior Media Planner/Buyers by providing high standard reporting including help to prepare, design and implement business which will demonstrate the value & productivity delivered by the team.
- Accountable for providing expert knowledge on social, search and programmatic buying evolutions, data, consumer facing platform changes, and analytics.
- Upholding PepsiCo Brand Safety and Brand Fraud standards and identifying issues, should they arise.
- Being aware of and impart knowledge of behavioural and human insights whilst making recommendations to improve on insights to leverage for future campaigns.
- Be informed on the top line brands business objectives they are working to in particular market units. Develop commercial acumen.
- Be informed on industry trends and innovative success stories.
- 1-3 years of Programmatic and/or Social campaign planning&buying experience across all digital platforms.
- Experience in executing brand campaigns and identifying and delivering KPIs.
- Agility - Ready to react to key stakeholder last minute requests and adjustments
- Solid understanding of tracking and attribution. Experience on DCM is a plus.
- Analytical mindset – ability to understand data and interpret into actionable strategies
- Ability to distill campaign insights for their campaigns and present results to the wider team and senior stakeholders
- Proven, consistent and excellent attention to detail
- History of excellent project management skills
- Collaborative and honest
- Technically savvy
- Experience in FMCG a plus
- Bachelors Degree

OverviewJob Overview
We propose the creation of a new implemetational role to deploy, activate digital media campaigns’ KPIs, deliver media plans and productivity targets as well as scale PepsiCo Europe’s in-house media team within digital media planning and buying under the leadership of Media&TCP Lead.
This role will use industry and media specific insight tools, investment and media owner knowledge to build and implement digital media plans. Together with Media&TCP Lead and KBS media team will support Marketing’s vision of becoming the best brand building organization – ultimately making our A&M work harder via driving up to 30% improvement in marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Scope : This role is to create and implement digital media plans based on digital strategy leveraging best knowledge and skills of techstack.
Also will be responsible for specific digital media plans activations across Europe (except UK & RU) with key KPIs on campaign delivery measures, targeting precision and productivity goals. The objective can be deliver only based on relations with internal stakeholders and external business partners – media and technology suppliers thus the person needs to have the ability to forge relationships as well as the ability to deliver results on campaigns and horizontal level.
