      Description

      SAIC has an opportunity for a Junior Network Security Engineer in Santa Ana, CA!

      Manage daily operations and assist information managers on a daily basis with all matters related to local and wide area networks within span of control. Provide diagnostic support using network analysis tools. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlines. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting objectives.

      Works on tasks where analysis of data requires an evaluation of various factors. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and criteria for obtaining results. Ensures project schedules, and performance requirements are met.

      Contributes to the development of organization's goals and objectives. Decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules.

      Interacts daily with supervisors and/or functional peer groups and may interact w/customer. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.

      Qualifications

      Required Education & Experience:

      Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years experience in a broad range of assignments in technical tasks directly related to the proposed area of responsibility.


      Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
