      General Description:

      As an Operations Supervisor (Junior), you will play a critical role within our Operations unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of our drivers. Your responsibilities will include conducting driver observations, leading monthly safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

      You will be responsible for ensuring that safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets are consistently met. Strong leadership, ethical decision-making, and professionalism are essential to success in this role.

      As a Junior Operations Supervisor with us, the minimum responsibilities are:

      • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple routes.

      • Review daily route sheets to assess financial and operational performance.

      • Performs operational audits of collections routes and observation routes.

      • Ensure that Drivers required to operate company vehicles or equipment are completing daily safety and maintenance checks.

      • Plans, monitors employee schedules, and route scheduling including regular communication throughout the day until all routes are completed.

      • Conducts incident investigations including scene management, first incident report and final analysis with root cause and preventative measures.

      • Maintains Environmental Health and Safety programs including training, meetings and required reporting of relevant EH&S issues.

      • Maintaining adherence to company safety policies and MTO regulations.

      What We Need From You:

      • A SAFETY-FIRST mindset with a proactive approach to workplace safety.

      • Individual should demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated.

      • High school diploma or equivalent.

      • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid DZ driver’s license.

      • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an asset.

      • Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

      • Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
