  Genesis10 is currently seeking a Junior PM with Capital Markets with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
  
  Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a junior project management role, preferably within financial services or a technology firm supporting capital markets
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and instruments (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in project management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  
  Desired skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) or working towards them
  • Exposure to trading platforms, risk management systems, or post-trade processing
  
  Pay Range: $49.86-$57.86
