      Job Description

      Education Minimum Requirement:

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
      • Required Experience and Skills:
      • Basic experience in collaboration technologies with focus to Microsoft Office 365 and related solutions:
        • SharePoint power user
        • MS Office package programming/macro development
        • Power Platform overall knowledge (structure, governance)
      • Ability to envision and think out of the box
      • Teamwork spirit, personal responsibility with ability to act as part of the team as well as individual contributor

      Desired/Optional Experience and Skills:

      • Experience with Power Platform technology (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
      • General understanding of validation process for computerized systems and project management techniques such as Agile or Waterfall
      • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information
      • Verbally and in writing demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of professionals globally
      • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing projects and needs.

      Desired/Optional Technology Exposure:

      • Conceptual understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API) what they are
      • Web technologies, development

      Primary job responsibilities include:

      • Participate on collaboration ecosystem development and deployment.
      • Demonstrate the ability to listen to customer content management needs and translate requirements into IT solutions.
      • Design and Implement collaboration solutions leveraging our company's enterprise content platforms.
      • Follow our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes through implementation including preparation of all mandatory documentation.
      • Define and Implement enterprise and project specific information management policies,
      • taxonomies, workflow, and lifecycle management.
      • Assist in designing, planning, building, and operating our company's Knowledge and Content Management Platform.
      • Contribute to platform roadmaps and future state capabilities.
      • Support solution governance across collaboration infrastructure.
      • Ability to work with global virtual teams of IT professional and deal with multiple cross-functional teams
