      We’re looking for a junior product manager to work with the US Product lead and Global Product team to:
      • liaise with US business stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the roadmap to grow our US franchise in Flow Equity Derivatives
      • participate in building business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, as well as assessing revenue potential. Work with product team colleagues to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle using relevant data and metrics
      • partner with Technology to successfully deliver business initiatives throughout the lifecycle
      • understand the needs of an ever evolving business and drive adoption of the tools developed
      • develop materials and processes to ensure regular updates to present to stakeholders in the region
      • incorporate our Agile practices into day to day work (retrospectives, backlog grooming, developing OKRs, sprints, stand-ups)

      • New York: the salary range for this role is $145000 to $172500

      Your team

      You will be working in the GED Flow Product Team within Global Markets

      Your expertise

      • ideally 3+ years of experience of Product Management within the financial sector, knowledge of Agile methodologies desirable
      • experience delivering initiatives involving several stakeholders
      • comfortable working with data. Familiarity in defining metrics to measure business outcomes is a plus
      • knowledge of trading Investment Bank products in one asset class, Equity Derivatives experience a plus but not essential
      • inquisitive, mature with a willingness to learn and challenge where appropriate
      • excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • fluent in English to support local client base
      • strong analytical and problem solving skills
