Support the execution of the Martech strategy for Creative Technology initiatives

Implement frameworks that improve efficiency, foster collaboration, and boost productivity across brands, regions, and teams

Liaise with Creative Center of Excellence (COE) partners to execute strategic plans

Answer standard configuration questions, ensuring alignment across business groups
-
Manage tasks using WRIKE (digital PM tool)

Support enhancements and improvements in dashboards and tools
-
Bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders
-
Understand and act on the roadmap, translating high-level strategy into actionable day-to-day tasks

Gather and apply feedback throughout change processes

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Ability to deliver on the strategic direction for creative technologies used globally

Awareness of macro trends in creative and marketing technology
-
Ability to communicate key messages aligned with creative tech strategy

Encourage and manage change while delivering consistent outcomes

Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Maintain high expectations for team deliverables

Experience in a global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization

Familiarity with creative technologies across content production, proofing, storage, distribution, analytics, and personalization

Understanding of product management, platform design, and Agile methodologies

Experience managing distributed teams and working in a multi-brand, international environment

Understanding of the Learning & Development domain is a plus

Required: MS Office Suite

Nice to have: Experience with Wrike, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (team is tool-agnostic aside from MS Office)

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

Creative technology experience is a plus

Solid IT background required

Familiarity with PM tools (Wrike preferred)

This is a Junior Product Owner position (or a senior Business Analyst) supporting a parental leave, with an overlap for cross-training. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience, be self-directed with light guidance, and have strong communication and organizational skills.You’ll work within the Creative Technology ecosystem, supporting applications like Wrike and Adobe Creative Cloud. The role includes executing on pre-defined roadmaps, handling data cleanup, improving dashboards, and supporting brand deployments. The Product Owner will serve as the liaison between creative partners and business teams, ensuring streamlined communication and alignment on processes.
