What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze program operations, schedules, and milestones to recommend efficiency improvements
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations, interpreting data trends for project leadership
- Maintain program documentation and knowledge management repositories, suggesting updates
- Review technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with program objectives
- Coordinate with government partners and stakeholders to align program activities with requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 1–2 years of professional experience in program analysis, project support, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common data/reporting tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, etc.)
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
- Familiarity with geospatial, environmental, or housing-related programs
