      Job Description

      Eurofins is currently looking for new candidates to join our driven, highly-skilled Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation Team in Brussels.

      We are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager who will be part of one of our key teams in charge of reviewing, streamlining, improving and digitalising our Eurofins Group Processes (any process within our Group Service Center and/or a process established between the Group Service Centre and our laboratories).

      The Junior Project Management will take part in all elements of process transformation, including:

      • Identification of process transformation opportunities;
      • Establishing process transformation projects, defining objectives, deliverables, and agreeing associated timelines with process owners and key users from the business;
      • Diagnosis of current processes, strengths and weaknesses, identifying pain points and key areas of improvements;
      • Target process definition and documentation;
      • Process digitalisation, in collaboration with our in-house IT team and business analysts and developers, defining requirements and tracking the development of solutions, ensuring functionality;
      • Deployment of new processes and associated tools, defining and running change management and communication plans, training end users, etc.;
      • Monitoring and continuous improvement of newly deployed processes and associated tools.

      The Junior Project Manager will work on multiple process transformation projects simultaneously, under the guidance of a Project Manager, and, depending on the projects, working with other Project Managers and Interns. The exact responsibilities of the role will be subject to background and interests and will be further discussed during interviews.

      Qualifications

      Education: Sciences, Engineering or Business Master’s degree.

      Languages: fluent English, oral and written, is required. Other languages are a plus.

      Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products.

      Personal skills:

      Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills) as this role will interface a lot with local resources and experts to understand and document processes. Proven change management and influencing skills. Ability to define concepts, align with key stakeholders in different countries and describe concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to setup a project, manage and drive it.
