      We will rely on you to:

      • Assist with performing critical client functions, including project managing programs across different countries, developing solutions, articulating impact of options, managing stakeholders, making recommendations to client across product lines.
      • Assist senior Client Executives / Program Managers with retention and generating new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing program reviews and midterm changes.
      • Handle day-to-day client contact/management to resolve project-related questions and challenges.
      • Manage and record all activities and documentation in appropriate systems to ensure timely follow up open deliverables to clients, carriers, and client team.
      • Prepare content for client stewardship meetings to show program performance and project development.
      • Interact and maintain ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders and ensures everyone on the delivery team understands their roles and responsibility for internal and external projects.
      • Oversee and provide project manage support to for key internal projects including sales, operations, digital processes, customer experiences, and data. This includes undertaking regular workstreams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from the meetings.
      • Work with International, Regional, and Local business teams to drive deliverables across international.
      • Support data analysis on client accounts within the International Affinity team, liaising with data resources across countries and regions internationally to draft client reports or presentations summarising key findings and implications. This includes supporting local markets to develop and build strategic analytics capabilities.

      What you need to have:

      • Strong project management and business analysis skills with basic understanding of insurance principles including underwriting and broking.
      • Ability to define, develop and articulate project objectives and scope.
      • Ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders and manage their expectations.
      • Consultancy and advisory skills (leading meetings, listening and analysing in real time, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders).
      • Naturally connects and builds strong relationships with other teams.
      • A highly collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
      • Proven record of analytical and problem-solving skills in previous work settings and/or through extracurricular activities.
      • Proactive and flexible approach to work and be comfortable with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
      • Strong time and organisation skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude

      • Outstanding record of academic achievement.
      • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
      • Previous client-facing experience.
      • Project management qualification and/or previous experience.
      • Previous experience in data analyses and transformation.
