      Junior Project Manager

      What does a successful Junior Project Manager do at Fiserv?

      You will work with the primary Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the completion of projects related to our Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management applications. You will effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project completes on time and within budget. That includes working with senior business analysts and project teams to ensure the requirements documentation to comply with the needs of the customers.

      What you will do:

      • Evaluate and enforce project deadlines
      • Partner with Senior Business Analyst to document requirements
      • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely completion
      • Collaborate across the firm on enhancement requests, impact evaluation, and recommendations based on the overall needs of the organization

      What you will need to have:

      • 4+ years of analytical and critical thinking skills
      • 4+ years of experience as a multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

      What would be great to have:

      • Understanding of portfolio management and governance
      • Strong relationship building skills
      • Excellent communication and time management skills
      • Strong relationship building skills
      • Financial experience in the banking or credit union industries
      • Agile knowledge and experience
      • Clarity and/or JIRA experience

      Salary Range

      $57,900.00 - $103,400.00

      These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
