Job Description
- Req#: JR12798
- To offer advise on cost of projects, tender documents, contractors payments and projects materials management with attention to detail.
- Exercise personal discipline and maintain high standards through productivity
- Keep accurate records of stores issues and receipts and maintain set minimum stock levels.
- Preparation of BOQs and Scope of works for tender process
- Preparation of Budgets for Maintenance works and Capital projects
- Project estimation
- Verification and preparation of Contractors Payment
- Projects Cost management and progress reports
- Tender Technical evaluation
- Monthly preparation and submission of job cards
- Reviewing stores monthly reports and offering guidance to maintain a clean record
- Exercise personal discipline and maintain high standards through productivity and attention to detail. Be punctual and well presented at all times.
- Adhere to safety standards strictly
- Place high importance on good communication with colleagues and seniors.
- Restrict the use of cell phones to business during business hours except in emergency
- Take proper care of company assets in your control
- Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Building Science or any other related qualifications
- Paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ZIQS) or Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ)

- Proficiency in Candy Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel
- Able to work with either AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
