      Epiroc are seeking a junior receptionist and administrator to provide key support to the Perth branch via Reception, in a timely and professional manner ensuring accuracy and compliance to National Standards.

      The overerall responsibility for this role is the day to day running of the Reception area, including office Administration, switchboard, stationery, accounts payable and other duties as required.

      Role Responsibilties:

      • Staff and Contractor inductions.
      • Contractor management (Ensuring insurances are current and filed)
      • Assisting Facility manager with SHEQ and lease obligations
      • Uniform and stationary orders
      • IMS Database
      • Security system and access card administration
      • Facility workplace inspections and resolving any findings
      • Keeping track of new starters and terminations for building access, email distribution lists etc.
      • Assisting staff and visitors with facility related requests
      • Receiving, distributing and sending mail
      • First point of contact for customer phone enquiries
      • Ensuring kitchen and tea prep areas are always clean, presentable and stocked up.
      • Liaising with vendors to organise facility maintenance
      • Assisting accounts payable through raising purchase orders
      • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are presentable

      The ideal candidate will have:

      • Competentcy in Microsoft Office
      • Good communication skills
      • The ability to work with others
      • The ability to work with minimal supervision
      • Good organisational skills

      We are looking for a junior to grow wihtin our company. Epiroc is wiilling to do Cert 4 in Business Administration after achievement of probation period.
