      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate applications and quickly determine candidate fit to screen
      - Screen numerous applicants daily to meet bulk recruiting goals
      - Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications
      - Source candidates through various avenues and networking efforts
      - Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with recruiters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruiting role
      - Minimum 1 year of experience with talent management/applicant tracking system software (iCIMS preferred)
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

      - Experience working in a fast-paced setting with a high-volume workload
