Job Description

- You will formulate dispersions or emulsions based on knowledge gathered from literature and patent research
- You will organize the lab testing, reporting and knowledge sharing to the different stakeholders
- You will ensure that the safety and health aspects of your experiments are investigated, considered and applied
- You have a master, engineering degree (or equivalent) in chemistry (or a related field). Experience with design of experiments and/or statistics is a plus.
- You are curious and eager to learn
- You are a good organizer, accurate and can communicate in a clear way
- You are proactive, motivated and an excellent team player who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment
- You speak fluent Dutch and English or are willing to learn to speak Dutch.
- You are willing to travel occasionally for short periods (+/- 10%).

You will be part of the Formulations and Dispersions Discovery group, who has a focus on developing new dispersions and emulsions for a wide range of applications like inks, membranes, functional coatings etc. The team is a flexible team that delivers research service to the different business units of Agfa.
