What will you do?
Administration on new and existing Tenders, Acceptances, Implementation and Revisions on Group Schemes
What will make you successful in this role?
Tenders, Amendment on benefits, Implementation of acceptances of new business and amended schemes, Alternative business, FIA new schemes at acceptances
Calculation and evaluation of Group Risk rates for prospective new business and existing business with regards to Group Risk products
Analyse and investigate relevant information to perform accurate rating calculations
Evaluate the risk and apply sound judgement to set the final rates, Medical free cover limit and the relevant terms and conditions
Compilation of Risk Quotation presentations to clients on new and existing benefit amendment quotations
Provide quality service to clients/intermediaries – a passion for service excellence
Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate continuous improvement to ensure operational efficiency
Perform in accordance with the company’s core competency expectations
New tenders for clients

Upselling
Alternative business
Implementation of acceptance of new business and of amended schemes
FIA new schemes at acceptance
Do the revisions on schemes with member total Complete revision amendments on the configuration worksheets
Capturing new higher/lower/ match rates, new Free Cover Limits, new expenses and new maximums
Extend the guaranteed period for the scheme
Liaising with internal and external clients
Record keeping, summarising information and update systems
Understanding and interpret policy definitions and rules
Reporting as and when requiredQualification and Experience
Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Accounting
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Employee BenefitsKnowledge and Skills
MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Power point), Lotus Notes and Company’s software.
Knowledge of the Group Risk Industry
