      Position Summary:
      As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Junior Sales Representative plays an important supporting role in the success of our sales team. This position will focus primarily on assisting the sales team by entering orders and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You will act as a vital resource for order management, data entry, and administrative support, all while helping to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

      What you’ll do:

      • Support the sales team by entering customer orders into the system accurately and promptly.
      • Work closely with inside sales representatives to maintain and update account activities and sales literature.
      • Assist in compiling and maintaining customer data for current and prospective accounts.
      • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
      • Help prepare reports related to sales performance, customer orders, and inventory levels.
      • Track stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate records.
      • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer communication logs, preparing documentation, and organizing customer files.
      • Assist with customer inquiries related to order status and product availability.
      • Participate in maintaining an updated database with customer information and sales data.
      • Assist in processing sales contracts and other necessary paperwork as needed.

      About you:

      • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
      • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
      • A proactive, self-starter who is willing to learn new skills quickly.
      • High energy, positive attitude, and strong team player mentality.
      • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Basic knowledge of sales processes, and customer relationship management is a plus.
      • A College Degree is a plus but not required.
      • Candidates must reside within the assigned geographic area.
