Strategy Facilitation and Funding : Ensure that the entire product is aligned and funded to create and maintain the necessary solutions that help us meet the objectives aligned with the strategy.
Support for transformation : Gather information to be able to support the tribe in communicating and collaborating on new ways of working, as well as training our people to carry them out . In addition to developing change management and facilitating internal and external communication to the tribe.
Apply Lean Governance : Detect and homogenize processes, streamline dependency and risk management, and seek synergies and efficiencies between teams.
ART Coordination : Ensure ART coordination, encouraging operational excellence, measuring to improve delivery and identify bottlenecks in all value streams, to make data-based change decisions.
Computer engineering or related training.
E xperience in implementing the Scrum framework.
E xpertise in demand management.
E xperience in simplifying processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate the team.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with an inherent ability to multitask.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and be results-oriented.
Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
Languages: Spanish and English .
Scrum Master/ SAFe /ITIL/Lean Certification.
K nowledge about ServiceNow platform and applications.
Knowledge of project management tools such as SPM ( SAFe and AD2.0) or similar.
Basic knowledge of demand management at Looking & Ahead.
Knowledge about financial processes within SDS.
Languages: Portuguese.
Hybrid working model (working remotely some days and meeting with the team in the office on other days).

Your role
We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master for the Value Management Office (VMO) in Enterprise Service Management Global Platform (ESM GP) , a key team in our technology ecosystem.
This area is responsible for helping people improve the way they work and achieve business objectives effectively, providing support for learning and discovery, seeking synergies and creating a safe environment based on collaboration, trust and agility.
