What will you do?
Responsible for general client service and support on Personal Lines.
What will make you successful in this role?
New Business, Endorsement & Renewals
Scan FIA documents and attached to client entity in CRM
Keep complete notes in CRM on interaction with client
Assist walk-in clients
Annual Personal Lines market exercises when required
On receipt of a cancellation instruction, immediately follow up to retain the client
Activate cancellation endorsement process in CRM
Communicate cancellation notification to client
Send cancellation notification to financial institution as a secondary function
Follow up on possible refunds and ensure that it is duly processed
Report on reasons for all cancellations
Assist and advise clients on enquiries and complaints
Inform immediate supervisor of any client complaint and give timely feedback to clients
Make notes in CRM regarding client complaints
Communicate client suggestions on service improvement to the CRM Champion
Keep record of all client queries and complaints received, and give feedback on a monthly report on how it is addressed

Grade 12
1 Year Short-Term Insurance experience
Introductory Programme in Short-Term InsuranceKnowledge and Skills
MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Proficiency in English
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve disputes, complaints and conflicts
Good communication skills
Be well versed in the relevant policy wordings
Working knowledge of relevant insurer system
Advanced knowledge of CRMPersonal Attributes
