  What will you do?

  Responsible for client service delivery, setting and achieving new business targets and retention of clients

  What will make you successful in this role?

  Actively canvas for new business
  Schedule renewal discussion either in person or via tele conversation with clients 30 days prior to renewal as per internal processes
  Diarise and follow up with client on annual premiums due
  Contact clients immediately when a notice of an unpaid debit order is received.
  Contact client immediately with enquiry, understanding and invest best efforts to retain the client
  Regular interaction with the allocated Bank Windhoek branch(s)
  Always strive to retain existing clients where possible
  Assist and advise clients on enquiries and complaints
  Regular performance assessments and development plans
  Management Reporting
  Other adhoc duties

  Qualification and Experience

  Minimum Grade 12
  2 - 3 Years short-term insurance related experience
  Introductory Programme in Short-Term Insurance

  Knowledge and Skills

  MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  Proficiency in English
  Good interpersonal skills
  Ability to resolve disputes, complaints and conflicts
  Good communication skills
  Be well versed in the relevant policy wordings
  Working knowledge of relevant insurer system
  Advanced knowledge of CRM
