  What will you do?

  Responsible for general client service and support on Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.

  What will make you successful in this role?

  • National Unpaid Debit order and Cancellaitons
  • Cover notes Commercial and Personal Lines
  • Client Queries and Complaints
  • Endorsement instructions
  • Accounting in following up on premiums
  • Sending out of Renewal assistance where needed
  • Loading of New Business
  • Any other adhoc duties
  • Data Cleanup

  Qualification and Experience

  Grade 12 with NQF 4 Insurance Qualification
  Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Insurance industry
