      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
      - Work collaboratively with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment
      - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow business needs
      - Coordinate with client stakeholders to implement mission requirements in ServiceNow
      - Provide technical expertise for all questions related to assigned implementations on the ServiceNow platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of work experience
      - At least two (2) years of experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications
      - Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques
      - Active Secret Clearance (only U.S. Citizens can obtain this clearance)
      - Undergraduate degree required; preferred fields include engineering, finance, economics, operations research, or mathematics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and Workspaces
      - ServiceNow certifications
