- Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes.
- Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.
- Expected to handle assignments with increased complexity and scope.
- Develop an understanding of systems and technology used within the company.
- Develop an understanding of the content of policies written by the company.
- Develop an understanding of the Medicare and Medicaid industry and the organizational relationships of the company.
- This role involves a hybrid working model to accommodate both individual productivity and team collaboration needs.
- Must be able to work from our Louisville, KY office for 2-3 days per week.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting, a team player, willing to be curious/learn, and take on new challenges.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated/Qualified technical area of study.
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of/Familiarity with software development
- Demonstrated ability/willingness/eagerness to learn new technologies and work on innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated openness for learning, growth, coaching by peers and more senior level teammates.
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to do effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Perform tasks within predefined guidelines and procedures as assigned by manager or project team.
- Experience with and knowledge of presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of/Familiarity with web services, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies a plus.
- Knowledge of/Familiarity with Web.API, REST services, JSON, XML, and HL7 is a plus.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,800 - $108,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
