      For our technology team in Zurich, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and interfaces for our internal systems in the area of process digitalization and identity & access management. We use a state-of-the-art technology stack including Java/Kotlin, Kafka, Spring Boot, and OpenShift (Docker).

      What would your role be:

      • Develop internal applications and/or configure commercial-off-the-shelf applications (Atlassian Jira, SailPoint IIQ)
      • Do and participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and processes
      • Assist in the testing and debugging of new and existing software to ensure optimal performance and reliability
      • Prepare and maintain documentation for software features and processes to ensure clear and accurate information is available for reference
      • Provide support for software applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise

      What are we looking for :

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or a finished software engineer apprenticeship
      • Experience with Java/Kotlin and/or willingness to develop such skills
      • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an area-related
      • Eagerness to learn new concepts and skills
      • Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
