      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with daily and monthly grant-specific accounting functions, including cash reconciliations of grant payments
      - Prepare month-end templates and grant tracking reports
      - Collaborate with grant teams and clinic staff to capture all grant-related information and activities
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and private grant regulations, including required reporting to funding agencies
      - Review accounts payable expenditures related to grants and analyze budget variances

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accounting experience in general accounting preferred
      - Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
      - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in grant accounting or related fields
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects within tight deadlines
      - Familiarity with federal grant regulations and compliance standards
      - Strong analytical skills to identify budget variances and project potential overspends or underspends
