- Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
- Bachelors degree with a minimum 2 years of experience with systems administration.
- Additional 4 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active Security+ (DoD 8570 Baseline certification for IAT Lvl 2)
- Experience with WINS 2012 or higher
Experience with Windows 10 and 11 installation, management, troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience with User Management in an Active Directory Environment
Experience with performing routine patching using Windows Server Update Services
Experience installing and configuring software applications
Experience maintaining system documentation including reading and creating network architecture diagrams
Experience with Virtualization systems (VMWare, Nutanix)
- Familiar with Windows server Core
- Familiar with managing anti-virus and anti-malware software agents
- Familiar with scripting languages e.g., Powershell, Ansible, BASH
- Familiar with Linux operating systems
- Familiar with Vulnerability Assessment tools and remediation
- Familiar with network protocols
- Microsoft Certification Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Proactive System Management: Monitor systems daily and ensure timely monthly OS patching, software updates, AV/AM updates for all assigned systems.
Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot Windows Server and 10/11 client, and application performance issues, recommending effective solutions.
Exceptional Support: Rapidly address and resolve customer issues through a ticketing tracking system.
Security Focus: Contribute to system hardening and security by implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and patching.
Clear Communication: Create and revise documentation, simplifying complex system configurations in daily standard operating procedures (SOPs), and System Administration Guides (SAGs).
