What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, visualize, and analyze data from federal datasets
- Support the stewardship and analysis of government data in justice and public health
- Provide data intake, storage, synthesis, automation, and analytical development
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and adherence to data security standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or Master's degree
- Degree in informatics, statistics, public health, social science, economics, or related field
- Skills in Stata, Python, R, SQL, and other data management languages
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance access for HHS information systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analyzing survey data, public health data, or geospatial data
- Background in programmatic data from behavioral health programs
- Utilization of secondary data sources for data analyses
