- Provide individual and family therapy weekly in accordance with DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
- Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed
- Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk Reduction
- Professional development through internal and external clinical training opportunities

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Eliot is seeking an energetic, positive, service-oriented clinician to work in our secure group home setting with youth, ages 13 - 18 old, who are in the care of the Department of Youth Services. This position provides a great opportunity to positively impact and influence the life of adolescents by providing clinical and emotional support. Each of Eliot’s Group Settings offers a positive, healthy living situation in which young people who may have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect can thrive and grow. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Must have a MA degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and be eligible for LICSW or LMHC.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday: 11am-7pm Full time, 40 hours or week
Salary: Unlicensed $55,000k; Independently licensed, LICSW, LMHC $60,000k.
6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
Location: Onsite in Framingham
