- Construcción y ejecución de planes de negocio específicos para cada cuenta, categoría, cliente y supervisor dentro del canal moderno.
- Desempeñar un papel clave en la relación comercial con el Distribuidor ubicado en Santo Domingo.
- Ejercer un papel de liderazgo en la gestión del negocio del Canal Moderno, con un enfoque en el acompañamiento y desarrollo de estrategias.
- Coordinar con el equipo del Canal Moderno para optimizar el rendimiento y la penetración en el mercado.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas internas y externas, asegurando una ejecución sólida de los planes comerciales.
- Se espera que el candidato seleccionado mantenga un alto nivel de compromiso y liderazgo en la gestión de cuentas clave, garantizando el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio en el Canal Moderno
- +5 años de experiencia en el área comercial.
- Experiencia previa en el canal moderno
- Habilidad para pensar estratégicamente, siendo proactivo y reactivo en la toma de decisiones.
- Dominio en la gestión de cuentas clave, con capacidad para influir y persuadir a diferentes niveles de interlocutores.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para trabajar de manera efectiva con equipos internos y externos.
