- Setup and share standardized analytical reports with the senior stakeholders to highlight focus areas
- Identify Must Win Battles, highlighting of red-flags, and monitoring of specific initiatives

- Create tools & frameworks to capture Risk & Opportunities for Key Clients across the region
- Drive in depth analysis of Account plans and keep Stake holders posted across account structure.
- Monitoring & reporting of account team’s performance across the region based on set parameters for success
- Analyse business portfolio by designing performance dashboards and other business classification, selection and prioritization metrics
- Perform data mining activities of gathering and compiling data to make a thorough analysis and to extract the relevant information
- Analyse opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses within the account management set-up.

- Qualification: Post-Graduate with experience in sales Analytics, Demand Planning & Operations driven reporting.
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs that enable business decision.
- Ability to create visual illustrations out of complex data inputs.
- Proficient in Power BI & SFDC and working knowledge of Sharepoint is an advantage
- Ability to create dashboards on Power BI
- Advance knowledge of MS office package including MS Excel, Advance Excel analytics, Macros, Model creations, etc.
- Commercial acumen & understanding of Sales life cycle.
- Self starter & initaitvie. Ability to persuade stakeholders.
- Quality & timeliness of Reports, accuracy of information
- Contribution to collaboration: Lead initiatives that help understanding Maersk customers’ performance better
Job Purpose/summary
The Key Client Management team is part of the Maersk CCO function. The KC Growth Partner within the Key Client Management Team is a key contributor in formulating, implementing, and monitoring the progress of Key Client portfolio at Maersk. The role reports into Head of Sales at GSC and is a key contributor in driving success out of Key Client portfolios.
The role will involve working closely with CEN KC Growth Team, Key Client managers & account teams in the roll out of KC Growth initiative via deep dives into account plans. The role will be primarily internal to Maersk but the individual may need to interact with external stakeholders like vendors and customers from time to time.
Key responsibilities
The KC Growth Partner in KC Growth team will work with the CEN KCM team to support the roll out of KC Growth agenda. In this key role, the team will look at the Growth partner to support the implementation & execution of set framework & procedures to identify risks and opportunities within the account plans of our Key Clients.
Key responsibilities of this role include Stakeholder Management, Data analysis, Customer Portfolio assessment & management , Competitive analysis and enabling KC stake holders with in-depth account plan insights –

Other commercial functions (sales leaders, SCD, regional/area product managers, Global Vertical Heads, area leadership)
Required qualification, experience & skills
2-5 years of experience in Sales analytics & Operations reporting & communication
Required Business/ Technical Knowledge
