Minimum of 2+ years’ work experience
Knowledge and understanding of tools such as Power BI, Power Pivot; data extraction tools such as SQL and statistical analysis tools such as through the R or Python languages. Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) duration of 10-12 weeks over Summer 2024. Heavy data analysis skills needed for this internship.

Structured Problem Solving: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, intellectually curious and able to think creatively about potential solutions; able to structure and disaggregate problems in a logical, comprehensive manner
Written & Verbal Communication: Strategic thought leader with the ability to summarize and present analyses, findings, and recommendations clearly and persuasively in written and oral forms

Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) is the business-to-business portion of Kimberly-Clark’s portfolio operating globally and generating +$3 billion annually. The KCP Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Team operates in every region to provide Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Growth Management, Business Counsel and Cost of Sales support. The group’s purpose is to ensure KCP is driving value and generating profit for the enterprise.
Key Accountabilities:
The RGM MBA Data Analytics Intern will support the KCP North America RGM team by executing projects associated with KCP’s top strategic priorities and value creation agenda that is supported by data analytics. In this internship, you'll be responsible for helping to develop market optimizing revenue strategies and associated tactics across the different KCP markets using advanced data analytics, statistics and data mining for ad hoc analysis, revenue transformation tools, dashboard creation and reporting support.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits for full-time employees that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay for this job is $40/hour. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
