Job Description

Assist the Legal Counsel in drafting and review ing different type of contracts , both in Italian and English ( e.g. lease agreements, general contractor agreements , professional agreements)
A ssist the Legal Counsel in drafting and reviewing different legal documents , both in Italian and English ( e.g . statements, internal memo s , letters, delegations )
Conduct research activity and assist in addressing legal questions , with focus on Real Estate and Construction related matters , as well as R etail activities
Support the Legal Counsel in interacting with other departments of Kering Group and its Brands ( e .g. Retail, Store Planning, Accounting)
A ssist in ancillary activities , such as preparing cover letters and collecting signatures , as well as other internal documents
You have an Italian Degree in Law
You have high ethical standards , integrity and level of discretion
You are detail - oriented and you have high level of accuracy
You have proactive approach, flexibility and ability to adapt to a constant changing and fast-paced environment
You are a team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are a proficient user of MS Office Suite (advanced knowledge of Word is a mus t )
You are a fluent English speaker
