Job Description

- Take part and support several aspects of production of digital training material (e-learnings, onepagers, userguides, practical cases…).
- Coordinate a smooth communication with internal teams to ensure fluidity of information.
- Participate in the development of communication and engagement templates aimed at informing and engaging final users.
- Assist in the organization of workshops and training sessions to raise awareness among users about new processes and tools
- Collect and analyze feedback through surveys.
- Bac+3 Student, or Master student, in Business School.
- Flexible with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English, French and other languages are a plus.
- Striving for quality in all work aspects, detail-oriented and well organized, passionate about fashion/luxury/design.
- Knowledgeable of Office 365, Articulate Learning, Jira/Confluence and Sharepoint as a plus
- Knowledge of Agile framework is a plus.
- UX/UI skills is a valuable asset.

Your opportunity
In Kering Technologies’ End User Experience Department, you will be part of the Adoption team which is responsible for defining and globally implementing the adoption strategy for new applications and IT solutions, aiming to enhance the end-user experience.
Kering Technologies is currently implementing the new payment solution tool (POS) across the world, covering seven of our brands in all their stores. As the Lead of the Adoption stream in this key transformation program, we have developed the Change and Training Strategy, and we have now to implement it in every country for each brand.
Thus, we are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Training Creation Intern to join our team in Paris, and assist us on this Program in developing engaging and informative digital training materials.
How you will contribute
As Intern, you will be reporting directly to the Adoption Stream Lead within the New Pos Program, working with the training experts and contributing to the creation and update of the digital content. In particular, you will:
