Identify possible areas of improvement regarding After Sales and Reverse processes and systems
Study and implement possible evolutions through functional analysis, formalization of business requirements and development of apps
Conduct tests of new solutions and manage configuration and go-live of developed solutions
Develop and maintain operating procedures
Deliver trainings and provide support to both final customers and regional teams
Define KPIs and produce related dashboards for process monitoring and data dissemination to stakeholders at all levels.
A graduate or soon to be graduated in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering or related areas
You are interested in topics such as IT systems and data management, optimization models, project management, production and logistics management, quality management
You have excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
You are effective and positive team player with a collaborative and proactive approach
You are customer-oriented, and you have a problem-solving attitude
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools in particular Excel and Power Point; the knowledge of Access, Power BI, SAP is a plus.
You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken

We are currently seeking an After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer who will report to the After Sales and Reverse Process Manager as part of our dynamic team in Scandicci.Job Description
Your opportunity
You will join the After Sales and Reverse Process Engineering team, in charge of designing and developing post-sales assistance and reverse logistic processes globally. You will work closely with the IT department with the aim to develop procedures and tools to both ensure traceability/visibility of the end-to-end process and meet customer experience and expectations. You will also be involved in the definition of KPIs to analyze and measure After Sales and Reverse performance and in the training of the people involved in the process, including stores, warehouses, customer service and production units.
