      Context

      Kering Technologies is the Kering Group division that provides the smartest solutions for our cross-brands services. In particular, the Kering Technologies division handles all the activities concerning the company’s Management Information System Development in order to link the business’s needs to the company’s IT infrastructures.       We are currently seeking recent graduates in Information Technology/STEM degrees for an enriching internship experience within our Technologies Production and Aftersales team in Florence.

      Your opportunity


      You will be a key support to the Tech Production and Aftersales team in organizing and monitoring project activities. You will collaborate also with other Kering Technologies Areas and internal stakeholders of the Brands involved in the projects.

      How you will contribute

      • Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders, organizing and attending meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and producing and sharing meeting minutes
      • Define and monitor project plans, in terms of definition and update of deliverables, project deadlines, risks and issues, also collaborating with external vendors and using specific tools (i.e. Jira)
      • Maintain projects and teams document repositories, ensuring that documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
      • Collaborate to improve the communication, project management best practices, quality of deliverables and overall standardization of processes across the entire Production and Aftersales team
      • Collaborate on pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI, natural language assistants, robotic process automation

      Who you are

      • A recent graduate in Information Technology/STEM degrees (Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science)
      • Enthusiast of the fields of Information Technology, Digital Transformation and Business Innovation
      • Strong passion and motivation to learn about new (and old) technologies, understand complex supply chain business processes, and get to know the fashion & luxury industry from the inside
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
      • Basic knowledge about project management practices and principles, in terms of project monitoring, documentation and reporting, is a plus
      • Basic knowledge about enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence), is a plus
      • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken (French is a plus)
